HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FL – According to a tweet sent out yesterday by the Hillsborough County Sheriff, the eastbound lanes of Dr King Boulevard at Hewit Road have reopened following a fire.

The road closure was caused by emergency vehicles blocking the eastbound lanes of the roadway.

The closure was first reported at around 10:30 a.m. yesterday. The road was reopened by 12:20 p.m.
