Choose a Tampa Car Accident Attorney who will answer when you call and respect you when you do.
The first question everyone asks us, “What can I recover for my car accident?” Here’s Attorney Stacy A. Kemp with your answer:
Our Tampa Reputation:
For years, we have been garnering attention from trade publications, business journals and regional contest for our legal prowess, customer satisfaction and ethical standards. We are the ONLY Tampa Car Accident Law Firm to be named to Tampa Bay Business Journal’s Fast 50 for the fastest growing privately held businesses in the Tampa Bay area for the past four years. We are the ONLY Tampa Car Accident law firm to be named to the Florida Business Journal’s Fast 100 for fastest growing privately held business in Florida for the past two years. And, we are the only Tampa Car Accident Law firm to be named to the Inc. 5000 for the fastest growing privately held company in the nation for the past two years.
In addition, our auto accident firm was named as a Top 10 finalist in this past year’s prestigious “Bright house Small Business of the Year” award…once again; we were the only Tampa Car Accident Law Firm to do so. Attorney Stacy A. Kemp and Attorney Robert A. Green Jr. have both been named to Tampa Style Magazine’s Legal Elite for their work as Tampa Car Accident Attorneys. Our reputation in Tampa is not only stellar, it is unmatched for the accomplishment we have received from local, noteworthy organizations you can trust to only recognize the best in the area.
Constant Client Communication:
Granted, a lot of auto accident lawyers in Tampa have won impressive awards, we can promise you no plaque has ever picked up the phone and called a client back regarding an important concern he or she may have. What distinguishes us from the rest is our commitment to constant client communication. We keep you informed in three powerful ways:
1. Increased Contact:
We contact you every two to three weeks regardless of whether or not we have an update or something has changed in your case. We want to know how you are doing. We care about how your treatments are coming along. We want to help if you are having trouble making any of your appointments. We understand that car accidents can be traumatic on a physical, emotional, and psychological level and our attorneys are ready to listen to you.
2. Immediate Notification of Change in Case Status:
Auto accident cases can take months (and sometimes years) to conclude. Throughout that time, there could be several changes to your auto case’s status and you deserve to know whenever those changes happen. The moment we know there is a development in your case; we reach out to you immediately. It is your life, your health and your money on the line. You should have prompt notification of any change in your case’s status, and with us, you will be informed at once!
3. 24-Hour Call Back Policy Guarantee:
If you leave us a message, we will call you back within 24 hours guaranteed. Sometimes our car accident attorneys are on the line fighting with insurance companies to get you the money you deserve or they are addressing another client’s questions regarding their auto accident case and they may not be able to take your call. However, we never ignore them.
When we first began our firm, we asked car accident victims throughout Tampa what was their number one complaint with car accident lawyers. There were many different answers, but the most common was: they did not call them back. From day one, we have had this 24 hour call back policy and it is a rarity in any legal field…but especially auto accident law. This policy is why we end up having so many clients come to us after being fed up with getting ignored by their previous automobile accident lawyer.
Ask your friends, family, coworkers and neighbors who have hired an attorney to handle their car accident claim if they were contacted every two to three weeks? Find out, if they were updated on every change in their case’s status without delay? Learn if all their calls were returned within 24 hours?
We are confident most will not have had our level of client communication, unless of course they were one our clients. It is our reputation for this high level of communication that has caused so many of our clients to come from other attorneys. We consistently are approached by auto accident victims fed up with being ignored by other lawyers, and want a firm that will keep them in the loop. We will keep you in the loop. We will provide constant client communication.
No Fee Unless You Win:
PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT: Almost all Florida car accident attorneys have this policy. If you have been researching other lawyers, then you know that many other attorneys advertise this as an amazing reason to hire them. Our firm believes in open, honest communication and transparency with our clients, so we do not promote this as anything special…because, it’s not. However, we do mention it because not everyone is aware that this is the industry standard among auto accident attorneys throughout Tampa and the rest of Florida. If you want some compelling reasons to hire us beyond what you have read so far, please read what our clients have to say.
Perhaps the best way for us to prove our abilities is to let our clients from Tampa do the talking. Check out our testimonials.
Giving Back to Tampa:
Improving our community is just as important to us as our legal reputation is. We have seen remarkable growth over the past four years, and in turn, we pour that money back into the community that has supported us. In all, we have donated to and volunteered at over 60 different non-profits, charities and local schools in the Tampa Bay area. Here is just a small sample of what we do:
Making Strides against Breast Cancer:
We have been featured on “Positively Tampa” with Lissette Campos for our work with the American Cancer Society’s Making Strides against Breast Cancer. Making Strides is a unique. Unlike other American Cancer Society events, this one focuses solely on Breast Cancer and what we all can do to raise awareness, generate funds and, of course, find a cure. Our Tampa car accident attorneys have been heavily involved in the fight to find a cure for breast cancer and all other forms of cancer since the firm opened its doors. In 2015 alone, our auto accident attorneys donated over $12,000 to the American Cancer Society and our firm donated over 100 volunteer hours to raise awareness around the Tampa Bay area.
Our Heroes Memorial Golf Tournament:
This tournament recognizes all the Tampa Police Officers who have sacrificed their lives in the line of duty and to raise funds for the families they have left behind. We proudly sponsor this event every year to show how much we appreciate their dedication and service to our community. Furthermore, Tampa Personal Injury Attorney Robert A. Green worked in the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Department retiring as a Detective before turning his attention to becoming a car accident attorney in Tampa. Therefore, this event is one we passionately support.
If you are interested in participating, the tournament takes place every year at Hunter’s Green Country Club at 8101 Longwater Run Drive, Tampa, FL 33647. As soon as they announce next year’s date, we will update it here.
Tampa Bucs’ Ticket Giveaway:
While most of our donations go charities, non-profits and schools, we still think it’s important to run a few contests every year just for fun. Our biggest contest is our Bucs’ Ticket Giveaway. Every year we buy four 100 level season tickets in section 147 (right by the Pirate Ship) and give away the seats before every home game.
We believe in supporting local, whether that’s businesses or sports’ teams, but we know going to the Buc’s game can be expensive. How many Tampa Car Accident attorneys do you know that do that?! Here’s more information on “how you can enter the giveaway.”
ALS Ice Bucket Challenge:
As we are sure most of you in Tampa already know about the Ice Bucket challenge, we took the plunge as well. As a firm, it was a great moment to take a step back from the day-to-day handling of auto accident cases and reflect on what it might be like (even if but for a few seconds) to experience what people with ALS go through on a daily basis.
We Come To You:
Unless you have been in a car wreck, you may not realize how time consuming the aftermath can be. Sure, recovering from the injuries is what’s most important, but our clients also mention the toll all that lost time takes on them. If they are fortunate enough to not be hospitalized, they still have to get their car to an auto body shop, get a rental car, contact doctors, setup appointments, etc. This places an immense amount of pressure on people, so the last thing we want our clients to have to worry about is meeting with us.
We gladly meet you wherever you feel most comfortable. We have met clients all over Tampa. We’ve met them in Centro Ybor, at the University of South Florida, Citrus Park Mall, International Mall (pretty much every mall) and everywhere in between. Just give us a call, and we are on our way.
Occasionally, some of our past car accident clients have preferred to meet us at our Tampa or New Port Richey locations, so if that’s you, here is how to get to both of them.
