ZEPHYRHILLS, FL – A man was killed late last night when he was hit by a vehicle while riding his bicycle in Zephyrhills.
According to The Tampa Free Press, the 24-year-old cyclist was riding near Wire Road and Otis Allen Road when he was hit by a Ford Mustang.
The injured man was taken to a local hospital, where he died a short time later. No additional injuries were reported as result of the crash.
It is unclear at this time if the Mustang’s driver, a 17-year-old girl, will be charged in connection to the deadly crash.
