BRADENTON, FL – One person was critically injured and several others suffered minor injuries when an elderly male driver crashed into a Bank of America building on Tuesday afternoon.

Fox13 reports that the 90-year-old driver crashed his Toyota into a Bank of America at U.S. 41 and Bayshore Gardens Parkway at around 1:45 p.m. Tuesday.

According to Florida Highway Patrol troopers, the vehicle traveled 75 feet into building, coming to a stop right outside the bank’s vault. They are still investigating the cause of the crash.

It was reported at least three people were injured, including one person who was in critical condition at Blake Hospital.
