CLEARWATER, FL – Police say a 41-year-old man riding a motorcycle was killed in a collision with a vehicle in Clearwater Monday night, Fox 13 reports.

Police responded to the scene at Keene Road and Gulf-to-Bay Boulevard following a report of the accident at about 9:12 p.m.

The motorcycle caught fire following the collision and the rider, a man from Largo, died of his injuries. His name was not released. No details were released on any injuries to the other driver.

According to Clearwater police, the motorcycle was reported stolen out of St. Petersburg. Investigators are continuing to look into the cause of the fatal wreck.
