JASMINE ESTATES, FL – A driver struck and injured a two-year-old child when the boy ran in front of the car on Wednesday evening.

The toddler was critically injured and transported to a local hospital via helicopter.

The driver reportedly could not see the child due to trash cans that obstructed his view.
