Originally from the Indianapolis, Indiana area, Joshua earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and a minor in Criminal Justice from University of Indianapolis where he also was a member of the University of Indianapolis Wrestling Team.   Joshua attended Western Michigan University Thomas Cooley Law School where he graduated cum laude in 2012 and was a member of the Dean’s List for 6 of 8 academic terms.

Joshua made Tampa, FL his home I the spring of 2012, when he began his final externship with the Staff Attorney’s Office at the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida under the Hon. Richard A. Nielsen.  After graduation, Joshua joined The Law Offices of Daniel C. Consuegra, and upon admission to the Florida Bar, became an Associate Foreclosure Attorney with the firm.  Joshua has since worked as an in-house corporate counsel representing major healthcare systems with a concentration on issues pertaining to the healthcare revenue cycle.  In addition, Joshua also focuses his practice on family law/divorce, contract law, consumer law, and foreclosure defense.

Joshua understands the stresses involved when individuals are confronted with the legal obstacles that life often presents.  Joshua is driven by the opportunity to provide individuals with legal clarity and the quality representation that they deserve.

Currently, Joshua practices personal injury law for Kemp, Ruge & Green Law Group.
