ST. PETERSBURG, FL - Two hit-and-run drivers fatally collided with a pedestrian at 18th Ave South and 20th Ave Saturday, WFLA reports. The 56-year-old male victim was walking along the sidewalk at 18th Ave when he was struck by a blue Kia sedan around 7 p.m. The victim was then run over by a grey sedan.
