TAMPA, FL – A bicyclist was killed Tuesday morning in a collision with a dump truck in northeast Tampa.
According to a report by the the Tampa Bay Times, the female victim was struck while riding in the area of East 21st Street and North 15th Street at about 8:22 a.m.
The unidentified woman suffered fatal injuries in the wreck. No further details regarding the incident are available at this time.
This is the 17th fatal incident involving a bicyclist or a pedestrian in Hillsborough County in 2022.
