Driver fatally strikes man wheelchair on Fifth Ave

ST. PETERSBURG, FL – According to the Tampa Bay Times, a driver fatally collided with a man in a wheelchair on the 2100 block of Fifth Ave North Sunday.

First responders pronounced the victim dead at the scene of the accident around 7:15 p.m.

The cause of the collision is unknown at this time.
